Has It Been THAT Long?

Yes. Yes, it has. It’s been almost a month since my last post. I have no excuse. I’ve been busy, sure, getting things ready for my new . . . well, that’s sort of a surprise ( and no, C., I am not pregnant again ). Still that is no reason not to write at least a line or two. I just haven’t really felt like it. But now I’m getting ready to really do it.

I have a huge month planned for September. I’m going to do a photo thing, where I take a photo every hour on the hour — not in one day, of course — but over the course of 24 days. Midnight plus a few seconds on August 31/September 1, I will take the first photo and take the last ( official ) one on September 23 ( I think — or should it be the 24th — I’ll figure it out along the way). These will be posted on my Flickr site. ( Just look under tracelore and you’ll find me. ) I’m posting them there to save space on this site.

I will also be doing a true daily blog, next month. (If x-entertainment can do it so can I. ) I have a lot going on and I’ll need the . . . well, never mind. I will be posting every single day. Really. Just you watch.

I will try to keep all posts light and breezy. I will link to stuff I love. I will talk about new stuff and old and expect some feedback. I will try to post new fiction stuff. ( I think I’ve finally figured out how I want to do it.) I will try not to post political stuff. (I’m waiting for a Democrat to praise or curse at, or at least someone with an IQ above their shoesize.)

I might not post again for a day or two ( or ten ) but I will return by September the First and you will be sick of me by the Thirtieth. Anyway. Have a good time and don’t worry. Not that you would. ‘Bye.
