Bunch of stuff. Yes, that's fish. You can fish in the water side of your cobble generator. It takes a while. Don't try it after dark. Make sure you kill all Creepers first. Remember the end of the line needs to float. Must have taken me ten minutes to catch 3 fish -- maybe 15.
