Minecraft Show and Tip: Part 2
Here, I am standing in the doorway to my home sweet home. To the right is my (so far, single block) cobble generator. (I will try to go into detail about the building of that monstrosity, another time.) In the near distance is the mob bridge. It leads to the sand island -- more detail on that in later tips-- and is fairly long. If I'm in a hurry, I will run out and tempt any Creepers to come and let me attack them from inside my house. (I might change this placement in the future, because I've had a few close calls where Creepers nearly blew up the generator. But for now, a little diligence and care works fine.) When I'm not in a hurry (or bored) I will fiddle around, humming a happy tune, until morning, let all the skeletons and zombies and Endermen go away and then go after the green griefers in relative peace. Sometimes killing them in the open.
